We understand that not every purchase works out. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you can return your item(s) for a full refund within 14 days of receiving your order.

How can I return a product?

To return a product (other than TEQ™ tables), please follow these steps:

1. Fill out the return form included with your package. Need a new return form? You can download it here.

2. Attach the completed return form to the package containing the returned goods. Please make sure to return the products in the same condition as you received them and in the original packaging.

3. Contact us at [email protected] and send us a copy of the completed return form. Wait until we get back to you.

4. The GLS courier will pick up the package on the day requested by you within a specific time interval, and you will also receive a notification via email before the pickup.

How is my return processed?

We will inspect the package - upon receiving the package, we will check it against the received return form. After successful inspection, you will receive a notification from us at the email address provided in the order. The return can be denied if it is requested more than 14 days after the receipt of the package.

Refund - after inspecting the returned products, the money will be transferred by the original payment method.
